We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items (excluding shipping) within 30 days of the product’s shipping date.  Please note that we cannot provide refunds for opened, non-defective software, CDs, cassettes, DVDs, videos, games or books not in new condition.

Returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).  The customer can read our return policy or request an RMA by visiting our website at http://www.thecampushub.com/service.  After they fill out and submit their returns request, we will email the customer their RMA# and return instructions.
