TheCampusHub.com is here to solve problems for our bookstore customers, not
create them. So, if we bring on a merchant partner that conflicts with
current vendor contracts you already have in place, those current contracts will be honored.
Please note the following information from your TheCampusHub.com service contract.

Notable Contract Information
In the event that TheCampusHub.com begins to offer any products and/or
service not previously provided, and the Store has a pre-existing
agreement with a third party to provide such products and/or services,
if so requested in writing by CampusHub, the Store shall terminate
such agreement with the third party at the earliest point when such
termination would not cause the Store to incur any monetary penalties
under the agreement, unless all such penalties are assumed and paid
for by CampusHub, in which case the Store shall terminate such agreement
upon the date required by CampusHub. |
