Journey takes
care of returns – you do not need to deal
with them. Have the end-user call Journey at
800-874-9001 or send an e-mail to
custserv@journeyed.com Software -
Journey has a 30-day refund policy. Software
may be returned for a refund, for any
reason, provided the sealed software package
has not been opened. To return items, the
end user needs to call Journey for a RMA
number. Journey will not accept returns
without an RMA number. A restocking fee of
15% or $45 (whichever is less) will be
assessed for any returned item.
Hardware - Journey has a 14-day
hardware return policy. Hardware must be
returned in original packaging and in a
resellable condition. To return items, call
