Questions? is here to solve problems for our bookstore customers, not create them. So, if we bring on a merchant partner that conflicts with current vendor contracts you already have in place, those current contracts will be honored.

Notable Contract Information
In the event that begins to offer any products and/or service not previously provided, and the Store has a pre-existing agreement with a third party to provide such products and/or services, if so requested in writing by CampusHub, the Store shall terminate such agreement with the third party at the earliest point when such termination would not cause the Store to incur any monetary penalties under the agreement, unless all such penalties are assumed and paid for by CampusHub, in which case the Store shall terminate such agreement upon the date required by CampusHub.

How does the customer access the software store?
If a customer is wanting to purchase software that you do not carry, they can go to your online store and click on the software store link.

Who can buy from our on-line software store

  1. Students, faculty and staff can purchase software and hardware from your on-line
    store for personal use, and
  2. Your school can purchase software and hardware for labs around campus

JourneyED Return Policy:
Journey takes care of returns – you do not need to deal with them. Have the end-user call Journey at 800-874-9001 or send an e-mail to

  • Software - Journey has a 30-day refund policy. Software may be returned for a refund, for any reason, provided the sealed software package has not been opened. To return items, the end user needs to call Journey for a RMA number. Journey will not accept returns without an RMA number. A restocking fee of 15% or $45 (whichever is less) will be assessed for any returned item.
  • Hardware - Journey has a 14-day hardware return policy. Hardware must be returned in original packaging and in a resellable condition. To return items, call Journey for a RMA number. Journey will not accept returns without an RMA number. A restocking fee of 15% or $45 (whichever is less) will be assessed for any returned item.

Commissions Paid to your Store:
Commissions from the vendor are 40% of the net profit. Your store receives 50% of the commission dollars. As an example, for a transaction that has a net profit of $50.00, your store would receive $10.00 in commission. ($50.00 x 40%) x 50% commission = $10.00.
